ABOUT ME
Carla Renshaw LMT, CMMP is a graduate of Professional Massage Training Center, Class 35, year 2005. After graduating massage school, she sought a deeper understanding of the anatomy and function of the human body. This lead her to further her knowledge at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO. While committed to her education there, she gained a wealth of one on one patient experience through her 10 year career working as a Certified Nurses' Assistant.
Her experience working with patients in many diverse settings including nursing homes, home health, private duty nursing, and as a hospice aide allowed her to work with clients from all walks of life. She then went on to educate as a clinical instructor at Professional Massage Training Center. This is where she also studied Neuromuscular Therapy and received her Master Certification in Medical Massage before launching her full time private practice in June of 2012. Carla has studied a variety of techniques from both eastern and western practices. This allows her to employ many modalities and techniques specific to her clients needs at the time of treatment. She is also a winner of Springfield's Best in Massage Therapy for the last 3 years running. She loves her job and has a deep compassion for people and a commitment to helping her clients mend and recover.
